Is there onsite parking?Yes, we have a large parking lot.

Can I come see the space before booking?Of course, you can schedule your showing to tour the facility.

Do you provide catering?No we do not provide catering, you are welcome to bring your own catering.

What is the maximum capacity ?We have two event halls: The Maximum Capacity of Hall (A) is between 125 The Maximum Capacity of Hall (B) is between 50-75 people

Can I bring rental furniture?Yes you can, within your agreed time! ( two hours prior to event, furniture must be picked up next morning )

Can I book hourly ?Yes you can! Hourly is available on Monday - Friday and Sunday ( minimum of 4 hours ) Saturday are split into 2 timeframes: Brunch: 9am - 4pm Night: 5pm-12am

Is a deposit required to secure a booking at Z-Studios?30% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit payment required to secure event date. Full balance must be paid two weeks prior to event. If event date is less than two weeks away, full rental fee must be paid in full at time of booking

Is smoking allowed at Z Studios ?Yes, smoking of cigarettes and cigars is allowed only in our front yard area. However, we do not allow recreational smoking or hookahs . Vapes are allowed outside only. We ask that all smokers dispose of their cigarette butts and cigar ashes in the designated receptacles provided. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our venue clean and safe for all guests.

Is decor included in rental fee ?No, you can bring in your own decor. Glitter, confetti, sparklers, uncovered flames, and taping items to the walls is not allowed
